Now that finals are over, it is time to make a plan for the upcoming college entrance exams: the SAT and ACT.

1) Get a baseline score: sign up at the Hut for either a free, full-length practice SAT or an ACT. We offer them every other Saturday from 8am to 12pm.
2) See where you stand: we offer free, post-test consultations so you can see what went right, and what went wrong on your test, using the best analytics in the industry.
3) Decrease stress and increase results: starting early with a tailored gameplan is the best way to ensure that you meet your long-term goals.

Which test is right for you?

Official SAT dates: 3/5, 5/7, 6/4
Official ACT dates: 2/6, 4/9, 6/11

Take the Official SAT or ACT twice. Studies show that 80% of the time a student’s first score will not be his/her best. Train up until your last official test date.

If you are an AP student and applying to top-tier universities, you will need to take 2 [50 minute] SAT II subject exams. Plan on taking them in either May or June. The SAT II tests are offered at the same time as the actual SAT and you cannot take both the SAT II and SAT in the same day, so plan accordingly.
