Job Title: Business Development Associate

Salary: $50,000/year ($40,000 plus a $10,000 bonus upon completing the first year)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a former Study Hut student with a degree in business or a related field, and a passion for developing new business opportunities.

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of duties, including social media development/management, grassroots marketing, website production, local advertising, and school involvement. You will work closely with our team to create and execute marketing strategies, develop new business relationships, and increase revenue.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage social media campaigns to increase our online presence and drive traffic to our website.
Plan and attend grassroots marketing events, such as PTA meetings, town hall gatherings, and community events to promote our brand and services.
Develop and maintain our website, ensuring it is up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
Design and execute local advertising campaigns, including print, digital, and outdoor advertising.
Cultivate relationships with local schools to promote our brand and services and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Experience with social media marketing, website production, and local advertising.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
