ACT
Study Hut Tutoring offers [1-on-1] private tutoring in order to help students boost their ACT score. The test consists of [4] almost hour long sections of math, reading, writing and science. The exam has some similarities and some differences compared to the SAT test. For example, there is no “guessing penalty” on the ACT. However both exams have essays.
The first step for any ACT student is to take a full-length diagnostic test. These tests are offered on the weekends and are administered exactly like the real test-no cell phones, timed sections, quiet room. The diagnostic test results allow us to analyze your strengths and weaknesses. Study Hut offers free consultations to review scores and answer any particular questions. It is recommended that parent and student attend the consultation so everyone is on the same page. These steps are intended to keep everyone informed, up-to-date, and well-prepared.
